NewCoe Benefits
We believe that our smartest investments are made in our employees, our most valuable assets. We offer a quality employee benefits package through Insperity that includes healthcare, dental and vision coverage, pharmacy benefits, healthcare flexible spending account plan, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, educational assistance and much more.

Health care, dental and vision coverage and pharmacy benefits
Eligible employees may make pre-tax contributions toward their group health plan benefits, have a choice of in- and out-of-network coverage and pay a flat office visit co-payment. Depending on the health care insurance carrier, participants may or may not need to designate a primary care physician. Prescriptions will be filled at any participating pharmacy in the U.S. for only a co-payment fee. There are no claims to file at participating pharmacies.

Health Care Flexible Spending Account Plan
This plan allows participants to make pre-tax contributions for reimbursement of their qualified health care expenses incurred during the plan year. The Health Care FSA is open to most eligible full-time employees, regardless of medical coverage participation.

Life and Disability Insurance
Employees receive basic term life insurance equal to one times their base annual earnings, and may pay the full cost of voluntary additional coverage through after-tax payroll deductions. Disability coverage is also provided to eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP offers no-cost assistance to employees with concerns that have the potential to interfere with workplace effectiveness and can improve quality of life both on and off the job. Trained personnel help with issues ranging from emotional well-being to stress management to parent and child care to financial issues to marriage and family concerns.

Commuter Benefits
WageWorks® administers Insperity’s program and offers discounted passes to pay for qualified mass transit and parking expenses with pre-tax dollars.

NewCoe offers instructor-led training through Insperity, virtual learning and online learning to help employees and supervisors learn new skills, refresh skills they already possess and progress toward becoming top performers. Insperity’s online training solutions offer more than 3,700 courses in areas such as business skills, IT desktop, safety and IT programming. In addition, our comprehensive online resource includes simulations that offer task-based scenarios for realistic practice.
